Exchange and Return Policy

Our exchange and return policy is valid up to seven days from the date of receipt of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition in which it was received, including its original packaging.

To initiate the exchange or return process, you must request the address to which the product should be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Upon receiving the product, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the receipt of the returned item. Subsequently, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or the original method of payment within a few days.

If you have not yet received the refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as there may be a temporary delay before the refund is officially posted. Processing times can result in the refund not appearing on your statement or in your account.
