Shipping and Delivery Policy

To ensure the lowest prices and high-quality products in the market, we ship our products directly from the factory to your door. For this reason, our products are obtained from our international suppliers in Central America, Latin America, Sweden, the USA, Asia, and Europe.

The delivery time to any location is 8 to 25 business days after factory dispatch. This period may vary depending on the efficiency of the postal service and customs. In case of delays or unforeseen circumstances in the country of origin (factory), such as strikes, the delivery time may extend up to an additional 15 business days.

Please note that all orders come with a tracking code. If the tracking does not work on our website, contact us. The tracking code may take 3 to 7 days to update in the system from the shipping date.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to an incorrectly filled delivery address on our website during the purchase process. We will provide a full refund for purchases that are lost.

It is important that you provide the means for successful delivery at the address registered in your order.

There is no possibility of a refund if the order is returned to our Distribution Center because the consumer was unable to pick it up from the local post office.
